Entire Agreement

This Privacy Policy makes up the entire agreement between the parties regarding Leverage Lab’s privacy policies,and supersedes any prior agreements. Failure to enforce any of this Privacy Policy will not be considered a waiver.  Any amendment to or waiver of this Privacy Policy must be made in writing and signed by us. Choice of Law

This Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, excluding only its conflict of law provisions.
