Client Partner Manager

The Client Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring our clients realize the maximum value from their first-party data, customer data platform investments, and our products and services. You will partner with our clients to guide them through customer data platform implementations, marketing activation training, business case development, the creation of performance-based marketing campaigns and ensure they are receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship and client lifecycle with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, project management, leading marketing activation training, building audience segments and supporting native data connections for activation, and increasing adoption and utilization of their first-party data, CDP, dashboards or other products and services.
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to proactively add value to our client engagements
  • Analyze client engagement health and being the voice of the customer, sharing customer feedback with internal teams and senior management
  • Maintain customer success metrics and share the value of our products and services to our clients
  • Lead the delivery of contracted services cross-functionally with internal teams (both technical and marketing operations)
  • Encourage renewals and upsells; supporting sales with recommendations on how to advance the partnership based on the client’s business objectives and opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships between customers and support teams (technical and marketing operations)
  • Manage client-issue resolution, uncover the root cause of the problem, quickly analyze solutions, make clear and informed recommendations


  • Higher education in digital marketing, business or similar field.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience of related industry experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service  
  • Proven experience coordinating work cross-functionally within an organization 
  • Media and/or Ecommerce industry experience a plus
  • Prior experience working with Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Operations, or Data Analysis a plus
